Catering at the Oaks is a student run business that focuses on showcasing skills that students in Introduction to Culinary learn throughout a one semester course.  Students plan and prepare catered meals for customers who are attending meetings at The Oaks.

These meeting are booked through our Meetings and Events Coordinator.  Students get real life experience in how to professionally cater meetings, banquets and social events.
