About LCCA

Lanier College & Career Academy is a Hall County High School that focuses on creating “Career Ready” students. We have options for full-time and part-time enrollment, as well as several options for Dual Enrollment through Lanier Technical College. Students gain real-world experience through our industry-certified classrooms, CTAE pathways, Dual Enrollment opportunities, and student-based enterprises. LCCA students earn a variety of professional certifications and industry credentials that are sought after within our local business and industry sectors.

Full Time Students

Students may be eligible to attend LCCA full time for additional opportunities beyond part time enrollment. Students enrolled at LCCA full time have the opportunity to participate in Specialized Career-Ready Programs of Choice and earn industry-recognized certifications. Many students benefit from LCCA’s smaller environment and class sizes. LCCA also focuses heavily on building student relationships. Faculty and staff focus on addressing students’ social emotional needs and building meaningful relationships. Students should contact their counselor to discuss attending LCCA full time.

Part Time Students

Students from all HCSD high schools are eligible to attend LCCA as a part time student. Part time students travel to LCCA for their chosen CTAE elective classes and then return to their high schools for their academic classes. Transportation to and from LCCA is provided by Hall County Schools. Students have the opportunity to gain skills necessary for our local job markets and earn industry recognized certifications. Students should list their preferred LCCA classes during registration at their home high school. Counselors can be contacted with any questions.
