Announcement:
You will always get a confirmation page and email when your order goes through. If you do not, then the order didn't submit. Please email us to submit your order if you're unable to get it to go through. We've had a few customers whose orders didn't submit correctly and they still had pending charges for the order. These charges have always disappeared within a week and never clear the bank. Please email us if you have excess that have cleared your account. We're not able to refund and charges that are still showing as "pending".
We strive to complete orders within 2 weeks. We will send an email when your order is ready for pickup or going out with the courier.
***For holiday collections, you will receive your order prior to the holiday. We will contact you with other options if for some reason this becomes unfeasible.
Unless otherwise noted, all shirts are unisex sizing. Orders for youth sizes or extended can be placed via email. Just let us know what shirt size/style/color and we'll verify if it's something we're able to do!

*Please keep in mind that this is the lab's busiest time and we'll be closed during the week of Thanksgiving. Our turnaround time during this period may be longer than usual.
***All items are our standard, unisex fit, except for the NEW Women's Black Leopard Fleece Crew available in HTV designs. It is an oversized women's fit with a droptail (longer curved bottom hem, no band) so it's still about the same fit as our unisex fleece, just a slightly longer.

We're cleaning out the lab and selling a variety of shirts with past designs used by different HCSD departments/events as well as past collection sample shirts! We're offering these items at discounted prices. You will NOT be able to order shirts for these prices even if you're requesting the exact shirt/design. As these sell, we may continue to upload more inventory, so check back frequently!
