Meetings & Events

Meetings & Events is a full service conference facility located in The Oaks Building at LCCA. We host small to medium sized groups for a variety of events from corporate conferences to birthday parties.

Requirements

• Excellent history of attendance
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Willingness to learn
• Excellent customer service skills
• Physically able to set rooms (move chairs and tables)

Daily Task Examples

Thorough training will be provided for all tasks before they are expected to be completed independently. 

• Completing room setups based on customers’ specifications (moving tables and chairs, setting up buffets, etc.)
• Restocking and organizing M&E supplies (drinks, snacks, paper goods, etc.) 
• Creating digital signage for events
• Laundering linens
• Assisting with in-progress events (refilling coffee/water stations, assisting guests to their space, etc.)
