Our primary space is versatile and can be configured in 6 different ways. The largest option is Live Oak at 2,356 square feet. We have temporary, sound-proof walls that allow us to transform it into 3 smaller spaces, Laurel Oak, Red Oak, and Willow Oak or 2 midsize spaces, Laurel/Red and Willow/Red.
Some other options include our Bistro or Private Dining Room. They’re available when not in use for Bistro Lunch/Dinner, a fine dining experience presented by Culinary Pathway students. The Bistro is a cozier setting that features a fireplace, while our Private Dining Room is an intimate meeting space.
Rental fees include setup, tables, chairs, and a water station upon request. All rooms include digital signage, a lectern with microphone, a Dell laptop with wireless capabilities, free Wi-Fi, and a ceiling-mounted projector and screen.

Facility Information
Meetings & Events is located in The Oaks building on Lanier College & Career Academy’s campus. LCCA has both full-time students and part-time students from all Hall County School District High Schools. LCCA students are able to take a variety of classes from multiple career pathways as well as Dual Enrollment classes. They also are able to work in student-based businesses, like Meetings & Events, to gain firsthand experience in the career path of their choice. Meetings & Events is staffed by students in the Culinary, Hospitality, and Marketing pathways.
